Last Halloween post in November...

I'm sorry for all the Halloween posts. The day after Halloween we went out of town for a funeral and while we were out of town I wasn't able to get on the Internet, otherwise I would have posted these sooner!!

Salt Dough Ghosts...
I absolutely love these ghosts!

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup salt
  • 1/2 cup water
  •  spoon
  • ghost cookie cutter
  • permanent black marker

Instructions
  1. Combine the flour, salt, and water in a bowl. Stir the mixture with a spoon until smooth.
  2. Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and flatten each piece so you can use your ghost cookie cutter to make 6 ghosts. I then pinched the sides so that the ghost could stand up on it's own. if you don't have a ghost cookie cutter you can mold each ball into a ghost shape.
  3. Once your satisfied with your ghost put them on a microwave safe plate and put in the microwave for 3-4 minutes. Times may vary based on your microwave so just use your judgement on if you think their done.

  4. Let the ghosts cool for at least 5-10 minutes and then draw a face on each ghost.
